|Kevin Schlosser||Mr. Schlosser is the Chairperson of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He has 30 years of experience in appellate practice. Mr. Schlosser has argued appeals in the New York Court of Appeals, all four New York State Appellate Divisions, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He has done appeals in virtually every area of civil substantive law and practice and procedure.|
|Hon. Randall T. Eng||Judge Eng is the former Presiding Justice of the Appellate Division, Second Department – the busiest and largest Judicial Department in the State of New York, covering Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, the counties of Nassau, Suffolk, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, and Westchester, handling over 9,000 appeals per year.|
|Andrew J. Turro||Mr. Turro is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and a former member of the New York District Attorney’s Office. He has handled over 50 appeals, both civil and criminal, over the past 30 years. He has argued appeals in the New York Court of Appeals, three of the four New York State Appellate Divisions, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.|
|A. Thomas Levin||Mr. Levin is chair of the firm’s Municipal Law Department. He has been doing appeals since 1969 when he was a Senior Deputy County Attorney in its Appeals Department. Mr. Levin has briefed and/or argued hundreds of appeals and has appeared in the New York Court of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and three of the four Departments of the New York State Appellate Division.|
|Michael J. Antongiovanni||Mr. Antongiovanni is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. He has over 10 years of appellate experience, principally in the area of drafting briefs. He has also argued appeals in the First and Second Departments of the New York State Appellate Division.|
|Michael A. Serpico||Mr. Serpico is a member of the firm’s Personal Injury and Negligence Department. He has been doing appellate work for nearly a decade, and has prepared and argued appeals in the First and Second Departments of the New York State Appellate Division.|
