Meyer Suozzi client Amalgamated Bank recently closed a $5 million secured lending facility for an Amalgamated client. Howard Kleinberg and James Garbus, members in the Firm’s Corporate Finance practice, represented the Bank in the deal, preparing the loan documentation and reviewing regulatory compliance.
