Michael D. Napolitano Successfully Settles A Matter at Mediation for $750,000.00

In a recent case, our client (plaintiff) of 60 years old was involved in a head-on automobile collision where the defendant claimed that she lost control of her vehicle due to unseen black ice. Our office moved for and was granted summary judgment on liability. Our client sustained a puncture to his right eardrum, laceration to his left hand, a tear in his left shoulder, injury to his neck, and a contusion of the left knee. He was treated conservatively with physical therapy for several months, before undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his left shoulder. He resumed physical therapy for another few months post-surgery. He only missed three days of work post-surgery and has made a good recovery from his injuries.
