Employment Law
Event Date: February 28, 2017
Event Time: 5:30 pm
Topic: Who Wants to Be an Employment Law Millionaire?
Type: Seminar
Venue: Nassau County Bar Association - Mineola, NY

On February 28th, Paul Millus will be on panel at the Nassau County Bar Association's, ""Who Wants to be an Employment Law Millionaire?" program. This program will be in the form of the familiar game show, “Who Wants to be a Millionaire.” The master of ceremonies will select audience members at random who will then be asked a series of questions regarding various areas of employment law including, but not limited to: wage and hour, harassment in the workplace, Family and Medical Leave Act, and the NLRB. Questions will be presented in the same manner in which they are presented in the show “Who Wants to be a Millionaire” with four (4) choices offered and an opportunity for the player to “Phone a Friend” or “Ask the Audience” for their best answer. After each question and answer, there will be a discussion regarding the case law relevant to that question.
