Speakers:

Patricia Galteri is Chair of Meyer Suozzi's Wills, Trusts and Estates Department. Her practice includes the development of estate and family business plans to ensure the tax efficient transfer of wealth to the next generation.

James Garbus is Chair of Meyer Suozzi's Corporate Law Department and Co-Chair of the Corporate Finance group. He represents established as well as start-up businesses, providing day-to-day general corporate representation including legal and business advice to management on strategic planning, operational issues and exit strategies, and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

Jack Wilk co-founded Wilk Auslander LLP in 1987 and serves as the firm's Managing Partner. He practices extensively in all aspects of federal, international, and New York taxation law and has developed a particular expertise in advising on the tax consequences of investments in partnerships and limited liability companies involved in real estate and other types of business.
