The topic of this CLE is, "Noncompetition and Confidentiality Provisions in Employment Agreements Current Status of the Law in New York and State and National Trends." During this program, there will be a roundtable discussion among judges and attorneys regarding the development of New York appellate law on the enforceability of noncompetition and confidentiality covenants and state and national trends on these covenants' enforceability.
