Kevin Schlosser Participates at the Federal Civil Practice Update - CLE

Kevin Schlosser, partner and chair of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department, participated as a CLE instructor at the Nassau County Bar Association, Nassau Academy of Law program on May 15, 2007 entitled "Federal Civil Practice Update." Mr. Schlosser presented the program "Attorney-Client Privilege in the E-Discovery Era." Honorable William D. Wall, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of New York, presented the program "E-Discovery and Rules 16 and 26 Discovery Conferences." The seminar was chaired by Paul F. Millus, the chair of the Federal Courts Committee of the NCBA. Brian Rose of Stroz Friedberg, LLC also presented a program on electronic discovery.
