Meyer Suozzi Wins Hands Down

Victory for Andrew J. Turro, Esq. and Daniel B. Rinaldi

Horse trainer Linda Rice, who has won more than 2,300 races throughout her career, can add one more victory to her belt. She and her attorneys, Andrew J. Turro and Daniel B. Rinaldi of Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C., received the unanimous decision on June 8, 2023 from the Appellate Division of NY Supreme Court (Third Department) that overturned her three-year suspension. According to Mr. Turro, “This was a thoughtful decision from the court…[it] is what she deserved.” On the Paulick Report – The Friday Show, guest Bob Heleringer, attorney, former Kentucky State Representative and author of Equine Regulation Law, gave a big shout out to Mr. Turro for doing a “fantastic job.”
