Silicon Valley Business Journal quoted Paul Millus in an article titled “Kleiner Lawyer Starts Poking Holes in Ellen Pao's Sexism Claims.” The article, published March 11th, discusses a Silicon Valley gender discrimination trial involving Ellen Pao, a former partner at Silicon Valley’s premier venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.

The article stated: 'Paul Millus, an employment lawyer at the New York law office of Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C., said that Kleiner Perkins' defense team is walking a fine line as it tries to win over the jury. 'In the battle of likability, based on some of the allegations in the case, the last thing that the defense wants to do is to try to beat her up,' he said. 'So they need to focus on the facts that she has talked about and point out her failings, without demeaning her. Otherwise they run the risk of reinforcing the impression she has created of being treated unfairly at the hands of Kleiner Perkins.'

The cross-examination is scheduled to resume on Wednesday morning. The trial is in the third week of what is expected to be a four-week trial.”
