Law360 quoted Paul Millusin an article titled “McDonald's Wage Class Actions Will Be Hard Sell In Court.” The article, published March 14th, discusses seven lawsuits filed against McDonald’s Corporations for alleged violations of wage and hour laws.

Mr. Millus stated: “This could turn into a very big litigation under a multidistrict court judge. . . From what I've read in the complaints, McDonald's has figured out a system by which its franchisees can maximize its profits by utilizing employees' times.”
