Millus Weighs in on Employer Promises

Paul Millus is representing four Suffolk County Community College administrators, past and present, who filed a lawsuit in federal court in the Eastern District of New York. The plaintiff’s claim to have not received salary adjustments since 2015, which not only impacts their earnings, but future pension as well.
