Michael Napolitano Joins Meyer Suozzi as Personal Injury Associate

Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C. is pleased to announce that Michael D. Napolitano has joined the firm’s Garden City office as an Associate in the Personal Injury group. Mr. Napolitano’s practice includes clients who have been injured due to construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and falls, dog bites and all general negligence matters.

The firm, whose members include Joseph A. Suozzi, former State Supreme Court Judge; Hon. John V.N. Klein, former Suffolk County Executive; Basil A. Paterson, former New York Secretary of State; and Harold Ickes, former White House Deputy Chief of Staff, in the firm founded in 1960 by the late John F. English.

Mr. Napolitano has over 19 years of experience in representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Napolitano was in private practice and performed Of Counsel work for personal injury firms including trials and arbitrations. He also handled all phases of defense matters for an out of state automobile insurance carrier. Prior to being a solo practitioner, Mr. Napolitano was a Senior Trial Associate for the Garden City firm Shaw, Licitra, Gulotta, Esernio & Henry, P.C.

Mr. Napolitano is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He received his J.D. from Vermont Law School and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University. Mr. Napolitano is admitted to practice law in New York State and in the State of Connecticut.
