On March 10th, Judge Ira B. Warshawsky appeared on panel at a program sponsored by the New York Law Journal and National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM). The topic of the program was, "Contractual and Court Directed Uses of Mediation: The Shape of Things to Come?" Judge Warshawsky focused on the topic of ADR = Alternative Discovery Resolution concentrating on the area of use of mediators to resolve e-discovery issues.
