Hon. Ira B. Warshawsky Speaks the ADR Society at Touro Law School

On November 8th, Hon. Ira B. Warshawsy spoke at the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society at Touro Law School. This group discusses the future of alternative dispute resolution (mediation and arbitration) in the practice of law. Judge Warshawsky spoke personally about his role as a mediator and arbitrator and also responded to questions about the place mediation and arbitration holds in the future of litigation in New York and elsewhere.
