Hon. Ira B. Warshawsky Speaks at the Nassau County Bar Association

On November 17^th, Hon. Ira B. Warshawsky will speak at the NCBA Joint Committee Meeting of the ADR Committee, Construction Law Committee and the Commercial Litigation Committee. The program features important discussions on construction mediation including blind mediation techniques, dealing with many parties, mediating with insurance companies and their representatives, and the convergence of litigation in the mediation process. Our panelists include mediators, a Court liaison, and construction attorneys.
