Daniel B. Rinaldi is Of Counsel in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group at Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C.
Mr. Rinaldi represents individuals and businesses, including not-for-profits and municipalities, in litigation in state, federal, and alternative dispute resolution fora.
Mr. Rinaldi practices in areas of the law such as contracts, labor and employment, business torts, including interference with contractual relations, misappropriation of trade secrets, and fraudulent conveyances, corporations and other business organizations, including partnerships and LLCs, insurance, and civil rights.
In 2019 and 2020, Mr. Rinaldi was named to the New York Super Lawyers – Rising Star list.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Rinaldi was an Associate in the Litigation Department at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP in New York City.
