Marie A. Landsman is an Associate in the Real Estate practice of Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C. located in Garden City, Long Island, N.Y. Ms. Landsman’s practice includes representing landlords and tenants in all aspects of leasing and licensing involving commercial space, including office, retail, shopping centers, warehouses, television studios, and antenna towers, as well as commercial real estate financing.

Professional Experience 
Ms. Landsman has represented developers in the acquisition, development and sale of shopping centers throughout the United States, including drafting and negotiating site development agreements, operating and easement agreements, and leases to big box retail tenants.

Ms. Landsman has represented sellers and purchasers in the sale, acquisition and finance of commercial property, including vacant land for subdivision and development. She has represented real estate investors in multi-state transactions consisting of purchase, leaseback, and financing, and not-for-profit organizations for the acquisition of property for lower income housing and neighborhood revitalization. In addition, she has represented sellers and purchasers in the sale, purchase and finance of exclusive residential properties.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Landsman was a Real Estate Associate with Thelen, LLP, NY and Pryor, Cashman, Sherman & Flynn LLP, NY. 

Education
Ms. Landsman received her J.D. from New York Law School, NY, in 1997. In 1993 she graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a B.A degree in Philosophy.
