Ms. Berman has written numerous articles related to bankruptcy and restructuring, most recently for Labor Press, ABI Journal, Pratt’s Journal of Bankruptcy Law, and CWT Restructuring Review, and has moderated a panel discussion at the Bar Association of the City of New York.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Berman was an Associate in the New York office of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. Before that, Ms. Berman worked as a Summer Associate for a boutique litigation firm based in Washington, D.C. and served as a Judicial Intern for Hon. Esther Morgenstern at the Queens County Supreme Court.
