The Employment Law Practice Group of Meyer Suozzi seeks to hire an employment associate with broad experience in management-side employment law, including compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, preparation of employment contracts, severance agreements, restrictive covenants, and development of employment policies and procedures, employee handbooks and arbitration programs. The candidate should be experienced in defending claims asserted under Title VII, the ADEA, ADA and other federal and state civil rights laws. Demonstrated skill in conducting employment training sessions and internal investigations and guiding human resource personnel a plus.
