New York’s Lobbying Act:
(i) New York’s Lobbying Act’s broad definition of “lobbyist”; a trap for the unwary;
(ii)Restrictions placed on activities of “lobbyists” and corporations by the Lobbying Act.
Application of Lobbying Act to municipalities.
